I'll be discussing a different book each week that I've read and engaged with extensively through online fandoms, film adaptations with celebrity drama, or funny reviews from myself or others. I'll also incorporate some music as I explain the story that were iconic from the film adaptations or that I thought accompanied the scenes well (i.e. playing "On the Floor" when discussing the off campus books and show). I'll end with my final thoughts on the book and who I'd recommend it to, and if I can, I'll also recommend a new book for those who read it already and want something similar. I want my listeners who also love to read to feel excited by my takes and discussion of their favorite stories, to feel seen and to relate. I want the listeners who don't read or only engage with films/tv to be inspired to read such books and engage in the discourse about them, whether it be the online drama or meaningful history behind the author.
